CJM are currently working with two established whisky companies.
One 200 years old and recebtly been purchased by an individual, and secondly another which was organically grown and only a few years old.
Both are developing very well in this environment and love of a dram.
Both have their own direction, but both are highly innovative in their approach to developing their business model.
In both instances CJM are working on business planning and forecasting for the two businesses. A world I know a lot about after spending 12 years in Diageo.
